receive our silver award for supporting the Armed Forces.
This is achieved by employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to Defence and the Armed Forces’ community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
Our Head of HR and HR Assistant had the pleasure of attending the IIP Celebration Event last week to receive our We Invest in People, Silver Accreditation.
This award is for demonstrating our commitment to the development of employees. This achievement is a testament to how the company values employees’ well-being and success.
It is fantastic achievement and something only 15% of the organisations that are assessed by the standard achieve. It doesn’t just mean we invest in people, but also supporting our leaders and being genuinely committed to workplace culture and future success.
We feel honoured to have won the Food and Drink Award at the Made In The North East Awards. We are so proud of the team and what they’ve achieved as they’ve continually persisted through this challenging climate over the last 24 months. We are thrilled to have won this award and it recognises the sheer dedication of everyone in the business.
